Medalist Village Club & Spa is a private secure community of 111 single-family homesites. It is located on the Treasure Coast at U.S. Highway 1 in Hobe Sound, immediately adjacent to Greg Norman's and Pete Dye's celebrated Medalist Golf Club.

The Clubhouse facilities provide members with elegant comfort including an expertly decorate boardroom, a beautiful dining room and a large proch area overlooking the 18th hole. The locker room manager at the Club provides members with full-range of concierge services, including laundry, transportation, dinner reservations, shoe shining and other personalized services.
Medalist Golf Club is member-owned with a membership cap of 250. New members also receive memberships in the Village Club & Spa. Equity bond and annual dues are available upon request.
