Frenchman's Reserve celebrates the completion and grand opening of the luxury coach model homes in the Chambord enclave. The luxury coach homesare enjoying strong buyer response in this Palm Beach Gardens community.
There will be a total of 56 coach homes upon completion of the enclave. Developed by Toll Brothers, a leading builder of luxury homes, Frenchman's Reserve is a new golf community in the eastern portion of Palm Beach Gardens, one mile north of PGA Boulevard on Alternate A1A.
The Monaco and St. Tropez floor plans and represent the two coach-home designs offered within Chambord. Each model has two bedrooms plus a den, 2 1/2 baths, a family room and a two-car garage.
