Frenchman's Reserve is a luxury golf course community being built in 2001 in beautiful Palm Beach Gardens. This exclusive 423-acre gated country club community of single family and custom homes will build out at approximately 444 residences. The entrance will be manned 24 hours and almost every home site will have views of the community's golf course, lakes or preserve. The architectural theme throughout this community continues the rich traditions of the Mediterranean Revival.

Upstairs there will be more than eight furnished apartments and suites for overnight use by resident's guests. Frenchman's Reserve will be the area's newest upscale private golf community.

The 6,700 plus or minus yard par 72 Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course with multiple tees will be challenging to golfers of all handicaps and will allow each player to select his or her own degree of difficulty.
