This course has more pine trees and marshlands than the others. The West Courses have a couple of double-tiered greens that are at the end of peninsulas. This course also has rolling mounds, and water hazards that come into play on seven holes. The South Courses have features similar to both of the other courses. There are two or three greens that are multi-tiered and located on peninsulas. This course has mounds on the fairways, and water hazards that come into play on seven holes. The signature hole is #8 on the South Courses. This hole requires a shot over water to a triple-tiered green that is almost a complete island green.

Tennis enthusiasts are pampered with 14 professional quality Har-Tru courts. The deep-water marina offers a 71-slip harbor that will accommodate yachts of up to 100 feet. Over five miles of navigable waterways are a short ride to the Jupiter Inlet, making this both a safe haven for boats and a prime position to access the Atlantic.

The Club at Admirals Cove, a Bermuda style club is the center for social activity for residences and members alike, providing a wealth of amenities, luxury and social activities.
