Malinda Montgomery was born and raised in Omaha Nebraska and moved to Central Florida in 1979. Malinda holds an AS degree in Graphic Design from The Southeast Center for Photo/Graphic Studies at Daytona Beach Community College, and had worked in direct mail for 3 years. She then obtained her Florida real estate license in 2002. Prior to moving to Palm Beach County, she worked in sales to include 14 years with a major car rental company, 5 years in jewelry sales, as a Realtor in Port Orange, Florida specializing in residential sales, then with a developer of condotels as an on site sales agent.
In 2006 she moved to Singer Island to continue perusing her career as a Realtor working with a condominium conversion and then specializing in residential throughout the area.
Malinda has recently joined One World Realty and will continue specializing in residential sales and rentals. She is a member of Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
During her spare time, Malinda enjoys the arts, the beach, volunteering for charity events and walking the Island, so make sure to say Hi!
