Patricia has been a resident of South Florida since 1960, residing and working in Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. She has enjoyed living on Singer Island in Palm Beach County for the past 22 years. Patricia's addition to One World Realty brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to our company. Patricia was licensed 1982 and has an extensive international travel portfolio and work experience in Europe, Asia, Central and South America. With this experience Patricia has developed a great appreciation for other cultures and the importance of understanding and respecting the customs of each country. Her experience is a great asset in relocation for both buyers and sellers.
Patricia is a licensed Florida Broker RealtorŪ and a member of the RealtorsŪ Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida Association of RealtorsŪ, and The National Association of RealtorsŪ. Additionally, she is a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker and a licensed Interior Decorator since 1986.
She holds the honored designations of: GRI Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, e-PRO Internet Professional, TRC Transnational Referral Certified and belongs to the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.
Patricia is a candidate/pending designation status of: CIPS Certified International Property Specialist, ABR Accredited Buyers Representative, CRS Certified Residential Specialist. She is an active member of the Women's Council of Real Estate, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and a committee member of the International Business Council.
In addition to developing her international markets, she specializes in oceanfront properties, city re-development properties and golf communities, Property Preservation Services (BPO), and Pre-foreclosure/Foreclosure properties from West Palm Beach north to Jupiter and Jupiter Island.
