Gary Marks began his real estate career as a broker and investor in Texas 25 years ago and currently specializes in the purchase and sale of residential investment property including pre-construction and condo conversions. He is experienced in locating and buying investment properties in Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and Virginia.
Gary is a licensed Florida Realtor® and a member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Board of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®.
Prior to joining the One World Realty team, Gary served in the USAF as an officer and pilot, earned a doctorate in computer science and education, taught high school science, was a university professor, and was the founder and CEO of an international non-profit organization involved in academic publishing and conference management.
In his spare time, Gary enjoys the great outdoor activities Florida offers such as boating, snorkeling/diving, and surfing as well as travel.
