Charles Augustine Sr. is the senior business Brokerage Specialist at One World Realty Inc. This first time you meet him he will remind you that he goes by Charlie. Charlie started his real estate career in 1970 in Brielle, N.J. He is a member of the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches, Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
Augustine specializes in sales of gas stations, self serve, self serve and convenience stores to full service gas stations. Another area of specialization is the tavern and dining business in which he has sold over 100 of such establishments.
Prior to joining One World Realty Inc Charlie owned and operated his own company, Action Realty, Inc. that specialized in commercial real estate. His area of expertise range from car washes, Laundromats, dry cleaning plants and drop-off stores, hotels, motels machine shops convenient stores, body shops, franchises and marinas.
Since moving to Florida about 4 years ago Charlie has sold numerous restaurants, dry cleaning plants and drop-off stores, convenience stores and mail box. Etc. businesses.
Prior to his move to Florida, Charlie and his wife were owners of sixteen ladies only health clubs in Virginia.
