Pat Lyons has been a Singer Island resident and successful Realtor® for over 25 years. While specializing in Singer Island oceanfront condominiums, she has sold real estate throughout the county and beyond - condos, homes, commercial and investment properties, businesses, and land … always making sure that every transaction has been a win-win situation for all involved.
Pat recently returned from Panama City, Florida, where, with only two partners, she developed, designed and sold out a 63-unit waterfront condominium, its 28 boat-slip marina and its 22 extra perimeter garages, necessitating three separate condo associations and condominium documents. Pat worked closely with the attorneys in formulating these documents, interfaced with the general contractor and sub-contractors, and was involved in every detail from the ground up. Her floor-plans are still raved about! As Senior VP of Marketing, she also designed and created the ads, wrote the public relations press releases and was active in sales.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (Madison) where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism/Advertising. She also earned a second Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
Previously, Pat was a teacher at Suncoast High School in Riviera Beach where she was active in both school and community activities. She served as both a board member and officer of The Child Protection Team/Center for Children in Crisis, West Palm Beach, a non-profit organization to aid abused children.
Pat is a licensed Florida Realtor® and a member of the Florida Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
