Cathy C. Breese has made a career of real estate over the past 22 years. A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing, Cathy has worked in the research field for major newspapers across the country. Cathy is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Florida Association or Realtors® and the Jupiter-Tequesta and Hobe Sounds Association of Realtors®. Cathy holds the designation of e-Pro certification and is constantly keeping pace with the many changes in the real estate field and laws by attending as many continuing education classes as possible. Over the past 22 years her real estate experience and knowledge has allowed her to understand and market homes from Ft. Lauderdale to Ft. Pierce, Florida. Her area of expertise is residential real estate. She provides service to her clients making the process simple for the home buyer or seller. Cathy has resided in Palm Beach Shores since 1986 with her husband, two boys and their sheltie.
Cathy grew up in Syracuse, New York and loves going back for a visit. Additionally she is active in her community and has served on the board for the Palm Beach Shores Property Owners Association for 10 years and was the President in 1994. She is also active in the Boy Scouts of America in North Palm Beach, Cardinal Newman High School, Seasiders and Jupiter Sting Travel Soccer Team.
Cathy is decidedly involved in her community and is constantly giving back with her numerous contributions of time and energy. Dedication and individual personalized service will prove that working with Cathy is both a pleasure and a rewarding experience when looking to buy or sell a home.
