Chip Lubeck is a founding owner of One World Realty, Inc. and serves as its Broker.
Chip specializes in representing his clients in the purchases, sales, and development of single-family residences, town homes, condominiums and income properties in Northern Palm Beach County. His areas of specialization include Singer Island, Palm Beach Shores, North Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Juno and Jupiter.
Having lived in Northern Palm Beach County since he was eight, Chip has an in-depth knowledge of the region and its growth and development. He is extremely knowledgeable with the local building codes and is sought out by both investors and developers because of his expertise in this area.
Chip is a licensed Florida Realtor® and a member of the Florida Association of Realtors®, The National Association of Realtors®, and is a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Chip also holds the designation of Certified International Property Specialist and serves the real estate industry in several capacities. He served on the board of directors for the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches, the Florida Association of Realtors® in and was honored to serve as the 2002 International Committee Chairman for the Florida Association of Realtors. In 2002 he was appointed by the National Association of Realtors President to serve as President’s Liaison to the Bahamas Real Estate Association. This position is one of 50 in the country and his role is to assist the leadership of BREA with implementing educational efforts, technology and ethical relationships between US based brokers and Bahamian brokers.
Chip has been honored for his many years of service in the real estate industry with such honors as receiving the Realtor of the Year Award from the Realtors Association of Palm Beaches and the Realtor Achievement Award from the Florida Association of Realtors.
Chip works with the international team at One World Realty Inc. which is made up of highly qualified individuals that specialize in commercial and residential sales, development, leasing, property management, appraisal and relocation to foreign clients.
In addition to his real estate related activities Chip is on the board of directors of the World Trade Center Palm Beach, the advisory board to Fidelity Federal Bank and is a founding member of the Riviera Beach Business Council. He lives on Singer Island with his wife Sally and their son Ben. Chip enjoys living the Florida lifestyle with his family and can be found boating, fishing or spending time at the beach when he is not working.
