Toni's expertise in feng shui, home staging and relocation services is an exceptional asset to her real estate business. For ten years prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Toni successfully operated her own business, offering these services to business and residential clients throughout south Florida. Her straightforward professional manner coupled with compassion and understanding gives customers a competitive edge in our fast paced real estate market. She has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, which is recognized nationwide as the standard for real estate professionalism and knowledge.
Home Staging - There is a distinct difference between the way we live in a home and the way to present it for sale. Buyers need room to visualize their own belongings in a place. Toni understands what it takes to effectively showcase a home so it sells quickly at the best possible price. She easily evaluates what is needed to enhance its positive aspects, and will even rearrange the furnishings to gain the results. Her clients and even other realtors have been amazed that homes have sold in less than a week - even after being on the market for five to eighteen months.
Relocations - Working with the senior population takes a special talent and Toni has won the hearts of many over the years. Her relocation services have been specifically geared to assist seniors downsizing from private residences into independent living facilities. Making a move is often a stressful experience no matter what your age. It can be particularly overwhelming for an older person who has lived in their present home for many years and is tentative about moving to unfamiliar surroundings. Because Toni is highly organized, with an excellent spatial perception and a great sense of humor, her clients feel more confident about moving and adjust easier to their new surroundings. She has supervised and fulfilled all aspects of the relocation process, and has even arranged a move while the owner was absent - they loved the results!
Feng Shui - Always on the cutting edge, Toni began her Feng Shui studies in 1995, before it exploded into popularity in our western culture. Her spiritual journey and love of homes naturally brought her to this ancient Chinese teaching. Feng Shui, literally 'wind - water', brings balance and harmony to the ch'i (energy) of a place so occupants experience health, wealth and happiness in their lives. Toni studied in Los Angeles and was one of the first to offer consultations and classes on Feng Shui in south Florida. Clients continue to use her services to confidently choose the right home, adjust architectural floor plans, improve decorating choices, increase the flow of wealth, bring harmony to places out of balance, and generally enhance the quality of an environment. Toni’s keen perception of the relationship between people and their surroundings guides her to provide simple yet powerful solutions to elevate the quality in both the seen and unseen worlds in which we live. Toni has published 99 Feng Shui Keys to Effectively Sell Your Home and is a contributing author for Contemporary Earth Design, A Feng Shui Anthology. Her articles have appeared in magazines and newspapers both locally and nationally.
Born in Ohio and raised in Palm Beach County since the age of three, Toni is nearly a true native. She has lived and worked in south Florida for over 40 years and seen the tremendous growth we've experienced. She enjoys our beautiful beaches, gardening, home, travel and gathering with good friends.
