Donald Urschalitz P.A. and Partner of One World Realty Inc. has been a resident of Broward and Palm Beach Counties for over 33 years and lives in the Jupiter area since 1985.
Donald is a licensed Florida Realtor® and a member of the Florida Association of Realtors®, The National Association of Realtors® and holds designations of: Accredited Buyers Representative certification, e-Pro certification and One America, Cultural Diversity Designation from the National Association of Realtors® and a Certified International Property Specialist-Designee. Donald serves the Real Estate Industry in several capacities; he serves on the Board of Directors for the Realtors® Association of the Palm Beaches and the Florida Association of Realtors®, the 2003 - 2008. Chairman of the International Operations Committee, Strategic Planning Committee 2004 - 2008, Board of Directors for Realtors® of the Palm Beaches Service Corp. 2004-2007, Regional Multiple Listing Services Finance Committee 2006-2008, and Chairman of the Fishing Committee 2005-2008 for the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Board Association of Realtors®

Donald specialty is working with buyers as an Accredited Buyers Representative and prides himself of the local knowledge that he has acquired over the past 33 years. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council ("REBAC") of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Donald is a Magna Cum Laude of Northwood University and received his BBA degree in 1996 in Business Administration and International studies. Dedicated, knowledgeable, and extremely personable, Donald works closely with his buyers to carefully determine their needs and guide them every step through the process, from finding the neighborhood to negotiating a fair deal. Sellers enjoy effectively marketed properties, the most qualified buyers, and the best price possible.
Donald is a founding member of One World Realty with his partners Chip and Nancy Lubeck in 2004. This new company was established by combining the family business of Lubeck Real Estate with over 30 years in the same location on Singer Island and the Jupiter location that open in 2004.
